What I like and appreciate about the WHM is that it is quick and clear. It fits me really well as a former athlete and entrepreneur. My body has suffered a great amount of injures and pain after a car accident happening in my teenage years, which started my journey exploring different body work methods, especially where movement-sound-breathing forms the basis. For me applying the simplicity of the 3 pillars of the WHM has allowed me to cope with my pain and stress much better. The way WHM works is by far the best. It is an exciting and a fantastic method that leads to a wonderful health and a brilliant way of dealing with the pain that life can bring. To live a healthier, stronger and happier life!
